June 26 = 2nd Anniversary!

You could win a star for following AND
a comment!
Yesterday, was my second anniversary of my return to blogging. This year, my goal was to blog twice a week which I managed to do. I still haven't completed the projects that I thought I would; but, I am making progress!

These next 12 months, my plan is to continue to post twice a week. What I'd like to know from you, dear readers, is what you like to read when you visit my blog. Please leave me your comment that shares one of the four options below:
1. Something that you like reading about
2. Something that you would like to read about
3. Something that you'd rather not read about or
4. Something that is a combination of options one through 3!

Since it is my second anniversary, I'll be giving away two gifts, To be eligible you must:
1. Be a follower
2. Leave your e-mail address in the comments!
3. Post your comment to this post by Friday, June 30.
I'll announce the winner on Sunday, July 2, 2017 and I'll mail the prize upon receipt of a mailing address from each winner.

So. . .what could you win? Why one of these folded stars! Odds are good since there are currently 17 followers to this blog and two prizes! We all are stars so why not have one to hang in your studio? If hanging in your studio isn't for you, you could hang in on your Christmas tree or put in on a gift package! Thanks in advance for your comments!!!

Hi Terry,
I enjoy your blog just the way it is . I enjoy watching the progress that you make on various pieces and how you aproach the work . . . and of course, the fun you have with your grands :-)

Terry, I just enjoy reading about your life, quilting, the grands, DH, daughters, etc. and getting inspiration from your quilting.

Hi Terry! I really enjoy reading your blog! Since quilting is my passion, my favorite posts are the ones about what you're working on, but all of the posts are great.

Terry,
I enjoy your sharing of what's happening in your life. Creatively or family wise. I want to encourage you to print your blog book! I've done two already and I enjoy reviewing with out the searching. One day, our legacy will include those books, with all the interesting info about us. Although I'd really enjoy getting a star, that's not the reason for commenting, you know that, I'm sure.

Hi Terry-- I follow you because I respect and totally admire your artistry. I admire your "work ethic"--for perseverance.
1. I love the posts with progress photos. Sharing could be why not as much got done or why so much happened. I do like the 'splaining :-)
Happy anniversary! And can't wait for the next post.

Nancy, thanks for your feedback! Sometimes, I wondered if only posting about quilting makes for dull reading; but from your feedback, my posts aren't dull. I'll strive for a balance!

Luann, I do need to figure out how to print a blog book. I'll have to re-read your posts about that process! I know what you mean about the star! :)

Barbara, you are so kind to admire my artistry. I'm trying to work like an artist and to become an artist. . .ah. . .it is a process!!! :) Maybe I'll feel like I get there one of these days! As for the "spraining," more to come! :)

I like all of your blogs too. I'm so glad that you tell us some personal triumphs and share some of your life events - good and sad, creative and teaching, traveling and milestones.

Happy anniversary! Time flies, doesn't it? Since I am quilting obsessed, I most enjoy the posts where you talk about your process. It is interesting to read why you decided to do what you did, and I always learn something from that. Even if I would have done it differently! But the process of making choices and finishing projects is something that we all contend with. Here's to another great year!

Thanks, Joanne. I so appreciate your thoughts!

I think reading about the progress of your favorite youngest daughter's quilt would be a stellar series for your new year. X

Monica, Thanks for letting me know that the why of my process is of interest to you! I'll try to continue including that in my posts. As to the finishes. . .a bunch of them will happen. . . a few stitches at a time!

Nicole, you always have good ideas. . .but, if I did that--you wouldn't have a surprise. Perhaps, that doesn't matter??
